VNL, HEG Arc and IPG launch the «SCM in times of COVID-19» survey

 

Do you know how to establish a robust sense and respond organization that is ready to react, with agility and speed, to unforeseen value chain disruptions? In cooperation, we have developed a survey to help you determine your readiness and assess where your organization falls short on precautionary measures.

Be risk-ready and benefit
All participants will, among other things, receive vital information to become more risk resilient including an exclusive benchmarking report comparing the company scores to the average industry values as well as best practices and suggestions for improving the own SCM strategy. The survey is part of the Special Interest Group (SIG) «SC Risk Management».

La série d’événements Supply Chain proposée par la HEG - Haute école de gestion Arc se poursuit avec un atelier dédié au DDMRP.
Dans un contexte de plus en plus mondialisé et incertain, les entreprises ont complexifié leur chaîne d’approvisionnement.
L’outil de planification de production MRP (Material Requirement Planning) ne répond plus favorablement aux besoins actuels des entreprises qui font face à de nombreuses incertitudes et une grande volatilité de la demande.
Le DDMRP (Demand Driven Material Requirement Planning) apporte une réponse innovante aux entreprises : une méthode de flux tirés multi-niveaux pour la planification et la gestion du stock. Combinant le meilleur des outils de gestion et de qualité (MRP, DRP, du Lean Manufacturing, du 6 Sigma et de la théorie des contraintes), le DDMRP permet de faire face à la complexité et l’ambiguïté de l’environnement économique actuel.
Cet évènement est proposé en partenariat avec la Haute-Ecole Arc Ingénierie et Ipros Consulting.

Logistik-Forum Schweiz

Über 100 Teilnehmer fanden sich am 26. Oktober zum ersten Logistik-Forum 2017 im Verkehrshaus der Schweiz ein.
Das vielseitige Programm stiess auf grosses Interesse und bot Gesprächsstoff für einen angeregten Austausch. Der gesamte Event stiess auf positive Resonanz:

Die Teilnehmer genossen das tolle Ambiente am Vierwaldstättersee und die gelungene Gastronomie des Verkehrshauses.
